Zoom sur la garantie Visale
The Visale guarantee
If you have no financial guarantor and are between 18 and 30 years old, you can apply for the Visale guarantee. VISALE is a guarantee granted by Action Logement to cover the payment of rent and service charges on your principal residence in the case of non-payment. This guarantee is free of charge and can be reassuring for future landlords. However, landlords are free to decide not to accept the Visale. Only the Crous are obliged to automatically accept this guarantee.
